Successful hands-on leader to plan, implement, direct & oversee all Parks & Rec. activities & operations, incl. recreation/fitness center, swimming, tennis, pickleball, parks, senior svcs, children’s svcs & beaches. Ensuring fiscal responsibility & high-quality recreational service delivery based on community preferences. Req: Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited college or university, & 5 yrs. exp. in recreational svcs, at least 2 of which were in a mgmt. role; or an equivalent combo education & exp. Excellent organizational, admin., analytical, interpersonal & cust. svc. skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines & adapt to changing organizational needs. Strong written/verbal communication skills, incl. ability to prepare clear, concise reports w/exceptional attention to detail & commitment to data integrity. Valid DL & certs in CPR/AED & Standard 1st Aid or obtain w/in 12 mo. Salary $110,781-$155,206/yr. (min-max) DOE/DOQ incl medical/dental/vision/RX, paid sick/vac, retirement & rec privileges.
