Ski Patrol Director/Safety Coordinator - NOW HIRING!

Team leader to plan, direct & coordinate safety activities at Diamond Peak Ski Resort, incl. managing winter Ski Patrol ops.& assist w/ongoing safety/risk initiatives throughout the District in summer/fall seasons.Req: HS diploma (GED) w/some college level business courses; 6 yrs ski patrol exp. & 2 yrs supv/mgmt, prefer w/in ski industry; or equivalent combo. Excellent leadership, management, admin., presentation/training & cust. svc skills. Able to ski/board all levels of terrain & slope conditions; physical strength & stamina incl. lift &/or move 50-100 lbs. Good crisis mgmt. skills for handling emergency situations. Successfully pass a toboggan test administered by DP Ski Patrol & safely operate a snowmobile. Maintain composure when dealing w/irate customers. Good math & computer skills (Microsoft Ofc & financial apps.). Function well in adverse weather conditions. Deal w/changing circumstances & schedules in a positive manner. Possess valid DL & the following certs: EMT or OEC; CPR/AED by ARC or AHA; Ski & Toboggan handling by APP preferred. Current registration NSP or APP. Successful completion NV/Fed Background check.
