Director of Human Resources - NOW HIRING!
Key member of IVGID Senior Leadership Team & responsible for planning, directing & overseeing all functions of HR, incl. empl. relations, labor compliance, classification/compensation, benefits admin., recruitment/retention, performance & risk mgmt. training, policy development & adherence to applicable federal, state & local laws. Provides strategic guidance supporting IVGID’s mission, values & long-term goals while maintaining public accountability & transparency. Req: Bachelor’s degree HR, Business/Public Admin or related field; 7+ yrs progressive HR exp, incl. 5 in mgmt. role; public sector HR exp highly desired, Preferred: SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR cert. Valid DL & able to pass background check (State/Fed rules apply); high level initiative & independent judgement w/in area of responsibility; knowledge of Tyler Enterprise system a plus.
